Target three key areas where stress often builds up:
Top Center of the Head – Glide the Donut up-and-down 50 times daily
Behind the Temples (about 5 fingers back) – Position the Donut parallel to your temples, roughly five fingers behind the temple line. Glide it up and down 50 times daily to gently release tension.
Behind the Ears (3-finger distance) – Position the Donut behind the ears. Use up-and-down strokes to loosen tight spots.
Tip: If you’re a busy woman, these areas are likely to feel tender at first. Stay consistent. After about 5 days of daily practice, most people notice the tightness softening.

Center of Chest (Up-and-Down):
