Standard Shipping:

We offer standard shipping within the U.S. flat fee of $6.99.

When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

Express Delivery:

*We do not ship to the following states: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, US Minor Outlying Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note that our warehouse processes orders only on business days. Also, due to the high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual for us to process your order and to send tracking information. Thanks for your understanding.

RETURN & REFUND

How to return an item(s)?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• How to initiate a return?

• Email us at arborecustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll cover return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging for quick assistance.
